Grief Movement is a gentle, body-based approach to supporting your nervous system as you move through grief.

Rather than talking through your experience alone, we bring awareness to the body — where grief is often held — allowing space for emotions to shift, soften, and be processed safely.

Grief lives in the body

Sometimes grief shows up as tension, fatigue, numbness, or overwhelm.

Movement allows emotions to shift and creates space for who you are becoming.
